C.  Conduct a public hearing to consider, discuss, and act upon approving the transfer of a B-Victualler License from LeeDeg, Inc., d/b/a “Rocco’s Pub & Grub”, located at 55A Douglas Pike, to SBGP, LLC d/b/a “Rocco’s Pub & Grub”, same location, to include outdoor seating/bar service, with the hours of operation to be Monday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances, a copy of the Retail Sales Permit, final approval from the RI Department of Health and a Certificate of Good Standing from the RI Division of Taxation.

 

D.  Conduct a public hearing to consider, discuss, and act upon approving the renewal of the following one (1) Victualling Only License to include renewal of the Extended Hours of Operation, as applied, subject to compliance with all State Regulations and local ordinances:

A.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the Town Manager to enter into agreement, through the RI Master Price Agreement #419, with OMNI Technology Services for the installation and configuration of an access control system at Town Hall for a cost of sixty-seven thousand, eight hundred eighty-three dollars and eighty-one cents ($67,883.81) to be funded by ARPA funds.

 

B.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the 2025 Town Council meeting schedule.

 

C.  Consider, discuss, and act upon approving tax abatements in the amount of six hundred seventy-five dollars and eight-seven cents ($675.87).
