pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 44-46-5(a)(2) to consider, discuss, and act upon Pending Litigation (Case#: PC-2022-00953, Teresa Graham vs. The Town of Smithfield. Motion is approved by a unanimous 4/0 vote. Member Kilduff arrives after the executive session is convened.
and President Lawton reports that one vote was taken in executive session with a vote of 5/0 in favor to authorize DeSisto Law to attempt to work toward a resolution, if appropriate and on terms acceptable to the Town, in Case #: PC-2022-00953, Teresa Graham vs. the Town of Smithfield.
Motion is made Member Kilduff, seconded by Member Toppi to adjourn the meeting. Motion is approved by a unanimous 5/0 vote.
