II.    Convene into executive session to consider, discuss, and act upon matters pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(5) Real Estate; potential acquisition or lease of real property.

III.  Reconvene in Open Session to disclose any votes taken in Executive Session as required Rhode Island General Laws, Sec. 42-46-4.

IV.  New Business:

A.    Consider. discuss, and act upon the terms of a  purchase and sales agreement addressing the acquisition of property located at 60 Austin Avenue, Smithfield, RI.

B.    Consider, discuss, and act upon adopting a resolution authorizing the Town Manager to execute a letter of intent dated April 28, 2025 with Washington Trust delineating the terms and conditions of lender financing that will be utilized to acquire the property located at 60 Austin Avenue, Smithfield, RI.

V.    Public Comment
