A.  Conservation Commission appointment with a term expiring in July of 2025.

 

B.  Historic Preservation Commission appointment with a term expiring in February of 2027.

 

C.  Housing Authority appointment with a term expiring in January of 2026.

 

D.  Planning Board appointment with a term expiring in May of 2027.

 

E.   Land Trust appointment with a term expiring in September of 2025.

 

VIII.     Public Hearings: 

 

A.  Conduct a public hearing to consider, discuss, and act upon Zoning Ordinance amendments to Article 9 “Special Districts”, to add Section 9.5 entitled “Davis Liquid Waste Superfund Site – Groundwater Protection Overlay District”.

 

B.  Conduct a public hearing to consider, discuss, and act upon a new Class D Club Full Privilege Beverage License for Roots Heaven Farm, LLC d/b/a “Roots Heaven Farm LLC”, located at 540 Douglas Pike, with the hours of operation to be Monday through Sunday, 6:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M., subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances final approval from the RI Department of Health and a Certificate of Good Standing from the RI Division of Taxation.

 

C.  Conduct a public hearing to consider, discuss, and act upon approving the renewal of the Intoxicating Beverage Licenses, as listed, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances and a Certificate of Good Standing from the RI Division of Taxation.

A.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a pole petition from RI Energy Co. to install one new pole and down anchor on Ruffstone Road.

 

B.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a pole petition from RI Energy Co. to relocate two poles on Mann School Road.

 

C.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals for the sale or lease of the Smithfield Town Landfill located at 0 Ridge Road (AP 42, Lot 91) for the sole purpose of installing a ground mounted solar project.

 

D.  Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a bid award for architectural design services for the RIDE Necessity of School Construction Stage II application on behalf of the School Department.

 

E.   Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the submission of a RIDE Stage 1 application for school improvements on behalf of the School Department.
