Conduct a public hearing to consider, discuss, and act upon a new Class D Club Full Privilege Beverage License for Roots Heaven Farm, LLC d/b/a “Roots Heaven Farm LLC”, located at 540 Douglas Pike, with the hours of operation to be Monday through Sunday, 6:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M., subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances final approval from the RI Department of Health and a Certificate of Good Standing from the RI Division of Taxation.

C. Conduct a public hearing to consider, discuss, and act upon approving the renewal of the Intoxicating Beverage Licenses, as listed, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances and a Certificate of Good Standing from the RI Division of Taxation.
