B.    Conduct a public hearing to consider, discuss, and act upon an amendment to Chapter 321 of the Code of Ordinances entitled “Taxation”, Article V entitled “Tax Agreements”, codifying a potential tax stabilization agreement between the Town of Smithfield and Organogenesis Holdings, Inc., Organogenesis, Inc. and DIV Technology Way, LLC.
