A. Move that the minutes of the March 17, 2026 Executive Session meeting held pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(2); Pending Litigation; West Greenville Road, LLC vs. Town of Smithfield PC-2025-05420 and GDM ESS, LLC vs. James S. Busam, et.al. PC-2025-02038 be approved as recorded and sealed.
B. Move that the minutes of the March 17, 2026 open session meeting be approved as recorded.

Solicitation may take place between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. April 1st through September 30th and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. October 1st through March 31st. If conditions are not adhered to, the applicant will be required to appear before the Town Council.

Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a purchase, through the RI Master Price Agreement #550 and Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement #3667811, for a generator for the new fire station from Cummins Inc. of Rocky Hill, CT in the amount of fifty-six thousand, eight hundred sixty-two dollars and zero cents ($56,862.00) to be funded from a RI Municipal Infrastructure Grant.
B. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals for elevator repair services at the Gallagher Middle School on behalf of the School Department.
C. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals for snow plowing services at six (6) school building locations on behalf of the School Department.
D. Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing a request for proposals boiler cleaning services at six (6) school building locations on behalf of the School Department.
E. Consider, discuss, and act upon adopting a resolution in support of House Bill 7911 and Senate Bill 3012 on recycling reforms.
F. Consider, discuss, and act upon adopting a resolution in support of preventing Board and Commission meetings that conflict with Town Council meetings.
