Move that the minutes of the March 17, 2026 Executive Session meeting held pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(2); Pending Litigation; West Greenville Road, LLC vs. Town of Smithfield PC-2025-05420 and GDM ESS, LLC vs. James S. Busam, et.al. PC-2025-02038 be approved as recorded and sealed.
B. Move that the minutes of the March 17, 2026 open session meeting be approved as recorded.

F. Schedule a public hearing on May 5, 2026 to consider, discuss, and act upon amendments to Article 9 of the Smithfield Zoning Ordinance entitled “Special Districts”, Sections 9.4.8, Table 3 - EGO Land Uses, relating to hotel room thresholds within the Economic Growth Overlay District.

Solicitation may take place between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. April 1st through September 30th and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. October 1st through March 31st. If conditions are not adhered to, the applicant will be required to appear before the Town Council.
