VII.         Consider, discuss and act upon the following possible appointments and reappointments:

A.    Budget and Financial Review Board reappointments (2) with terms expiring in January of 2031.

A.    Consider, discuss, and act upon approving the annual renewal of one (1) Weapons License, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.

1.     High Table Outfitters, LLC d/b/a “High Table Outfitters”, 49 Cedar Swamp Road, Suite 1

B.    Consider, discuss, and act upon approving a new Entertainment License for Uncommon Pair Brewing, LLC d/b/a “Uncommon Pair Brewing”, located at 375 Putnam Pike, Unit 14 as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.

C.    Consider, discuss, and act upon approving the renewal of one (1) Special Dance License, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances:

1.     Smithfield Senior Center, 1 William J. Hawkins, Jr. Trail

A.    Consider, discuss, and act upon the acceptance of the Audit Report for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2025 prepared by CliftonLarsonAllen LLP.

B.    Consider, discuss, and act upon authorizing the purchase, through Contract 39809 Sourcewell 020625-MOT, of three (3) digital vehicle repeater radio systems including installation, from Motorola Solutions in the amount of sixty-four thousand, nine hundred eighty-six dollars and fifteen cents ($64,986.15) to be funded from the Bryant Police and Fire Fund.
