a.      The Board will walk the site to view the area proposed for development.

b.     The Board may question the project representatives regarding the site and the location of project components.

c.      The public is welcomed to attend, but the Board does not hear public comment or arguments from the public during the site visit.  All questions from the public must be asked through the Chair.

d.     The Board will not deliberate on the project and no votes will be taken.
