The Smithfield Zoning Board of Review sitting as the Board of Appeal will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 6:00 PM, at the Smithfield Town Hall, 64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, Rhode Island. High Purity New England, Inc. as applicant and 14 Thurber Boulevard LLC as owner of property located at 14 Thurber Boulevard, listed at Plat 46, Lot 238A seek an appeal of the Building Officials decision to revoke a previously granted permit.
The appeal will be considered, discussed, and acted on for the relief requested pursuant to statutory law and local regulations.
