Carolina Rosario as applicant and Darwin Salcedo as owner of property located at 206 Ridge Road, listed as Assessor’s Plat 42 Lot 82A seek a special use permit under § 4.3.A.4 and 4.4.A.4 “Animal Raising, Non Commercial, Outdoor” to own chickens in an R-Medium district.

Heidi Gelsomino as applicant and owner of property located at 7 Eisenhower Drive, listed at Plat 19, Lot 75 seeks variances to deviate from § 5.4.Table 1 “Dimensional Regulations “to construct an attached accessory dwelling unit in an R-20 District.
