The Smithfield Zoning Board of Review sitting as the Board of Appeals, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday September 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Smithfield Town Hall, 64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, Rhode Island.  All persons entitled to be heard will be heard for or against the granting of the following application:

Hanton City Investments, LLC and ROK LLC as applicants and owners of property located at 364 George Washington Highway, listed as Plat 48 Lots 2,8,9,80 and Plat 49 Lots 95, 96, 97 seek to appeal the Administrative Officer’s Second Certificate of Incompleteness, issued June 11, 2026, in the major land development application known as the “Smithfield Corporate Complex”.
