Discussion ensues relative to New Business Item 12G authorizing an award of contract to Robinson Green Beretta Corporation, 50 Holden Street, Suite 300, Providence, RI 02908 for consulting architectural/engineering services to prepare detailed plans and specifications and probable cost estimates for the Adult Day Services addition project in an amount not to exceed $19,800.
Discussion ensues relative to New Business Item 12H authorizing the Town Manager to enter into an agreement with the Rhode Island Clean Water Finance Agency to obtain an additional $1,000,000 in financing under the Community Septic System Loan Program.

Andrew Nota, Director of Administrative Services reports that the Town has been designated a Heart Safe Community by the RI Department of Health and the American Heart Association. He also notes that the Town’s 2009-2010 Annual Report of Municipal Services is now available.
