At a REGULAR SESSION of the Town Council of the Town of South Kingstown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island held at the Public Safety Building, in and for said Town on the 28th day of November 2017 at 8:20 AM.

1. A. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag is given.
B. ROLL CALL
Roll Call is taken and all members are present.
2. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council President Healy notes that in accordance with R.I.G.L. §42-46-5(a)(1) each of the applicants being interviewed for the position of South Kingstown Town Manager have been notified of their right to require that the interview be held in open session, as opposed to closed session, and none have exercised that right.
UNANIMOUSLY VOTED: to recess to Closed Executive Session at 8:23 AM pursuant to RIGL §42-46-5(a)(1) to discuss matters pertaining to personnel regarding interviews for the position of town manager.
Regular Session is reconvened at 5:31 PM, and it is
UNANIMOUSLY VOTED: to seal the minutes of the Closed Executive Session held pursuant to RIGL §42-46-5(a)(1) to discuss matters pertaining to personnel regarding interviews for the position of town manager.
UNANIMOUSLY VOTED: to adjourn at 5:32 PM.
