            A. Education Community Summit

Robert Hendriks provided an overview of the research findings to date.

Robert Hendriks conducted a community summit on facilities, which included heterogeneous groups of community members working at ten different tables, brainstorming the skills that SKHS students graduating in 2018 need to be successful.

The groups rotated in a "world cafe" to another table to hear from a different table leader and add thinking to the brainstormed list, but for students graduating in 2028.

Groups then rotated in a "world cafe" to a third table to hear from a different table leader and add thinking to the brainstormed list on "What must our schools do to meet those emerging demands?"

Table groups then returned to their original table leader and developed a vision for program, pedagogy, and facilities.

Each team reported their vision.
