At a CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION of the Town Council of the Town of South Kingstown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island held at the Town Hall, in and for said Town on the 25^th day of April 2022 at 10:59 PM.

Also present: Theresa L. Murphy, Interim Town Manager; Michael A. Ursillo, Town Solicitor; Jamie Rabbitt, Director of Planning; and Craig Stanley, Chief of Emergency Medical Services.  

 

The Town Solicitor reviews the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the purchase of property identified as Map 80-1, Lot 18 on Ministerial Road from the South Kingstown Land Trust for construction of an EMS facility.

Discussion ensues, and it is

 

UNANIMOUSLY VOTED: to authorize the Purchase and Sale Agreement, with changes made by the Town Solicitor, for purchase of property identified as Map 80-1, Lot 18 on Ministerial Road from the South Kingstown Land Trust for construction of an EMS facility.
