1.    PUBLIC HEARING*: Fieldstone Farms - Major Subdivision & Comprehensive Permit, Preliminary Plan Video

This Comprehensive Permit application proposes a thirty-nine (39) lot subdivision and associated improvements with adjustments requested from Section 4 (Dimensional Regulations) of the Zoning Ordinance. Assessor's Plat 16-4, Lot 9, located on Old North Road. Old North Investments LLC, applicant/owner. (Continued from January 28, 2025; and February 25, 2025).

 

2.    PUBLIC HEARING*: 571 Main Street - Major Land Development, Change to a Previously Approved Conceptual Master Plan. Video

This application is proposing the reconfiguration of proposed dwelling units and modifications to the proposed layout that was approved by the Planning Board in a previous Conceptual Master Plan application.

 

3.    PUBLIC HEARING*: Village at South County Commons (Buildings 26 & 28) - Major Subdivision with Major Land Development Comprehensive Permit, Preliminary Plan Video

This Comprehensive Permit application proposes the construction of two (2) multi-unit residential buildings with a total of 104 units with a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom residences on newly created parcel(s) with adjustments requested of the Zoning Ordinance and/or Land Development & Subdivision Regulations: maximum density/allowed dwelling units per acre; maximum building size; required rear yard parking & service lane access; minimum separation between buildings; maximum building height; minimum parking spaces per dwelling unit; prior conditions of Master Plan approval for South County Commons, including residential uses within District 4 and adjustments to Route 1 Special Management District design guidance and regulations.
