1. Major Multi-household Land Development Project, Request for Extension of Conceptual Master Plan Approval - 571 Main Street
The applicant is requesting to extend the Conceptual Master Plan approval for this thirty-six (36) unit residential development and associated site improvements, originally approved on November 13, 2014 with prior extensions granted, most recent request extended through June 30, 2025. 2. Major Land Development Project, Request for Extension of Combined Conceptual Master & Preliminary Plan Approval - Hampton Place

This Comprehensive Permit application proposes a thirty-nine (39) lot subdivision and associated improvements with adjustments requested from Section 4 (Dimensional Regulations) of the Zoning Ordinance. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: Major Land Development, Combined Conceptual Master And Preliminary Plan - South Kingstown High School
This school redevelopment project proposes to demolish the existing High School and construct a new school with associated site improvements including athletic fields and amenities. The applicant is requesting a 26’ height variance (35’ maximum allowed, 61’ proposed) from Section 401 (Schedule of Dimensional Regulations).
