    I.            Petition of DiStefano Brothers Construction, 82 Sophia Court, Wakefield, RI 02879 for a Dimensional Variance under the Zoning Ordinance as follows: The applicant is seeking to construct an 18’6” x 10’ one-story addition to the existing single-family dwelling.  The addition will be located 27’ from the rear property line.  The required rear yard setback is 30’, therefore relief of 3’ is requested.  Lot size is .24 acres.  A Dimensional Variance is required per Zoning Ordinance Section 401 (Schedule of Dimensional Regulations) and Section 907 (Standards of Relief).   Owner of the property is Martha Young for premises located at 82 Sophia Court, South Kingstown, Assessor’s Map 41-1, Lot 45 and is zoned R30.  II.            Petition of Matunuck Market, LLC, 629 Succotash Road, Wakefield, RI 02879 for a Dimensional Variance under the Zoning Ordinance as follows: The applicant is seeking to construct a new roof assembly on the existing one-story commercial building.  The new roof will extend vertically above the building within the same footprint; however, the roof will be located 6’4” from the east side line, 16’8” from the west side line, and 24’ from the south side line. III.            Petition of James & Margaret Siligato, 4060 Tower Hill Road, Wakefield, RI 02879 for an Appeal of a Zoning Decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer (ZEO) under the Zoning Ordinance as follows: The applicant is seeking to appeal a Notice of Violation issued by the Zoning Enforcement Officer (ZEO), dated December 26, 2023, for premises located at 4060 Tower Hill Road.  The owners of the property are James & Margaret Siligato, for premises located at 4060 Tower Hill Road, South Kingstown, Assessor’s Map 34-3, Lot 2 and is zoned R80.
