1.         6:30 PM - Call to Order

A. Call to Order

Roland Benjamin called the February 12, 2018 School Committee meeting to order at 6:48 PM.

2.         The School Committee may seek to convene in executive session in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws for the purpose(s) of:

A. NEASK grievance hearing (RIGL 42-46-5(a)(9))

Unanimous roll call vote to enter executive session at 6:48 PM for the purpose of a NEASK          grievance hearing.

3.         Open Session

The Committee returned to open session at 7:23 PM.

A. Seal the minutes of executive session

Vote:  Unanimously Approved

B. Reporting of vote(s) taken in executive session

Roland Benjamin reported a vote taken in executive session to deny the NEASK grievance.  Motion was made by Mosher, second by Brousseau, unanimously approved.
