A. Call to Order

Roland Benjamin called the July 10, 2018 school committee meeting to order at 6:11 PM.

2. The School Committee may seek to convene in executive session

in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws for the purpose(s) of:

A. Conducting an Investigative Proceeding - (RIGL 42-46-5(a)(4))

Unanimous roll call vote to enter executive session at 6:11 PM for the purpose of conducting an investigative proceeding.

The Committee returned to open session at 8:01 PM. No votes were reported.

MSV (2) move to seal the minutes of the executive session.
