1.         6:00 PM - Call to Order

A. Call to Order

Roland Benjamin called the March 27, 2018 School Committee meeting to order at 6:02 PM.

2.         The School Committee may seek to convene in executive session in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws for the purpose(s) of:

A. Personnel (RIGL 42-46-5(a)(1)) - discuss job performance of and conduct post-suspension hearing for NEASK member

MSV (1) move to enter executive session for the purpose of Personnel at 6:02 PM.

Vote:  Unanimously Approved

Kristen Stringfellow advised that the affected party had been notified in advance in writing, and opted not to have discussion held in open session.

3.         Open Session

The Committee returned to open session at 6:43 PM.

A. Seal the minutes of the executive session

Vote:  Unanimously Approved

B. Reporting of vote(s) taken in executive session (if any)

Roland Benjamin reported a vote taken in executive session to accept the recommendation of the Superintendent.  Motion made by Stephen (Scott) Mueller, second by Michelle Brousseau, unanimously approved.

4.         Adjournment
