  Roland Benjamin called the May 2, 2018 School Committee Meeting to order at 6:08 PM.

2.         The School Committee may seek to convene in executive session in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws for the purpose(s) of:

            A. NEASK grievance hearing (RIGL 42-46-5(a)(9))

MSV (1) move to enter executive session for the purpose of a NEASK Grievance Hearing under (RIGL 42-46-5(a)(9)).

3.         Open Session

            The Committee returned to open session at 7:40 PM.

·       Reporting of vote(s) taken in executive session

            Roland Benjamin reported a vote taken in executive session to uphold the Superintendent’s       denial of Grievance 17-18-2.  Motion made by Mueller, second by Macinanti, vote was 6-0-0.

·       Seal the minutes of executive session
