A. Call to Order

Stephanie Canter called the April 26, 2019 School Committee Meeting to order.

Ms. Canter and Andrew Henneous addressed the agenda posting that referenced RIGL 41 instead of 42.  The Superintendent was noticed with the accurate statute reference. The Committee would enter into closed session under 42-46-5a1.

2.         The School Committee may seek to convene in executive session in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws for the purpose(s) of:

A. RIGL: 41-46-5(a)(1) Personnel: Discussion / Action: potential Superintendent investigation and related process

            MSV(1) motion to enter into Executive Session under 42-46-5a1.

MSV(4) motion to authorize legal to commence an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the notices to teaching staff and related incidents and to place the Superintendent on administrative leave with pay pending the investigation.
