Chapter 26 CEMETERIES[1]
All cemetery lot prices, including deposits to the perpetual care fund, shall be as established by resolution of the council.

Sec. 26-2. Rules and regulations.
The following rules and regulations are to govern the use of the cemetery properties under the custody or control of the cemetery commission:
(1) Glass, plastic or spiked vases and pots, artificial flowers and wire blankets are prohibited from cemetery premises from March 1 to November 1.
(2) From November 1 to March 1, decorations will be allowed on cemetery premises if fastened to base of monument.
(3) In those locations where plants are allowed, they shall not exceed the height of the monument.
(4) Any flowers left at grave sites will be removed after five days at the discretion of the cemetery staff.
(5) Only flat markers shall be allowed on single grave lots. No trees or shrubbery shall be allowed on single grave lots.
(6) Monuments cannot exceed the height of those in the area and shall be placed in a row.
(7) Playing of any kind on the cemetery premises is prohibited.
(8) No candles of any kind are permitted.
