STATE OF RHODE ISLAND AND PROVIDENCE PLANTATIONS COUNTY OF NEWPORT
The Town Council of the Town of Tiverton, County and State aforesaid held a Regular Council Meeting on
Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 7:00 via a Virtual Meeting viewable at Tiverton Videos on YouTube.
Council President Hilton called the meeting to order with the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

Town Council meeting was continued due to technical difficulties. Solicitor Marcello, for clarification, 6 of the 7 Councilors were present. The inability to live stream the proceedings as required by executive order due to technical difficulty prohibits the meeting from going forward. Council agreed as a body to continue the meeting with reposting to Friday, May 29th at 7:00 p.m.
Council recited the pledge of allegiance to the flag. No roll call was taken at this meeting.
Councilor Driggs motioned to continue the meeting with reposting to Friday, May 29th at 7:00 p.m. Seconded by Councilor Edwards, motion passed unanimously 6-0.
Councilor Edwards motioned to adjourn the meeting. Councilor Perry seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously 6-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. to be continued to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29th.
