STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, COUNTY OF NEWPORT
The Town Council of the Town of Tiverton, County, and State aforesaid held a Special Council Meeting on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Tiverton Town Hall, 343 Highland Road.
Council President Edwards V called the meeting to order with the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

Interim Town Administrator Jones, Solicitor Marcello, Clerk Chabot, and Deputy Clerk Veegh were also present.
A. Rhode Island Ethics Commission Attorney Lynne M. Radiches – Presentation and Review of the Rhode
Island Code of Ethics for the Tiverton’s elected and appointed officials.
Lynne Radiches from the state Ethics Commission gave local leaders and town board volunteers a refresher course on ethical practices.
Councilor Paull motioned to adjourn the meeting. Councilor Janick seconded the motion. The motion unanimously passed. The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
