a.    Review and Vote to Accept Superintendent Search Consultant Bid from New England School Development Council - D. Farnworth

·         D. Farnworth motioned to accept the bid from the New England School Development Council, subject to negotiating a mutually acceptable agreement and approval of the contract by legal counsel. D. Pallasch seconded

·         The motion was approved 3-2 (Paquette and Pavo voted against)

b.    School Consolidation Facility tours proceeded for Pocasset School, Ranger School and Tiverton Middle School. No votes were taken

J. Sherman made a motion to adjourn the meeting.

D. Pallasch seconded the motion.
