a. Approve Home School Requests for 2024-2025 School Year
· D. Pallasch motioned to approve the home school requests for February 25, 2025.
· Seconded by J. Sherman

b. Policy# 1142 Health & Wellness (Second Read)
· D. Pallasch made the motion to approve Policy #1142 Health & Wellness
· Seconded by K. Paquette
· The vote was 5-0
c. Policy #1143 Health & Wellness (Vote to Remove Policy)
· K. Paquette made the motion to remove Policy #1143 Health & Wellness.
· Seconded by J. Sherman
· The vote was unanimous
d. Policy #333 Spending Plan/Transfer of Funds Authority
· D. Pallasch made a motion to approve Policy #333
· Seconded by J. Sherman
· The vote taken was 5 - 0
e. Discuss Elementary Reconfiguration Options
· Dr Sanchioni, Principals, and Teachers discussed at length many reconfigurations and options for what the new school year would look like with Ft. Barton school closure. This is an ongoing discussion that is going to be held at meetings until the Board and the Administration Team have a solid foundation for our students.
a. Vote to Accept Teacher Non-Renewal (After Executive Session)

· A Motion was made by E. Pavao to enter into executive session pursuant to:
a. RIGL 42-46-5(a)(1) Teacher Non-renewal Recommendations
b. RIGL 42-46-5(a)(2) Discuss Legal Advice on Lawsuit filed by Regional Employee
c. RIGL 42-46-5(a)(2) Legal Advice on Maintenance of Effort
d. RIGL 42-46-5(a)(2) Legal Advice - Possible Litigation - Tiverton Town Council Objection to Superintendent Search Consultant Expense
· Seconded By J. Sherman
· The vote was unanimous
· D. Farnworth reported that a discussion was held, and the board agreed with the Superintendent's recommendation on the Teacher Non-renewal Recommendation.
