a.    FY27 Budget Update

●     B. Andrade presented a summary of cost-saving measures for the FY27 budget. As an alternative to increasing the Medicaid reimbursement revenue projection, he suggested that the School Committee could consider achieving additional savings through personnel attrition.

b.    Vote to Approve Additional Layoffs

●     D. Pallasch made a motion to approve the recommendation of additional layoffs as presented by Superintendent Haskins.

●     J. Sherman seconded the motion.

●     The motion failed by a vote of 0–5.
