WARREN TOWN COUNCIL MEETING
The Town Council of the Town of Warren, State of Rhode Island in Bristol County met in person, and live-streamed Friday the 15th day of December 2023, the meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM.
Present: Council President John Hanley, Councilman Joseph DePasquale, and Councilman P. Brandt Heckert.
Absent: Vice President Steven Calenda and Councilmember Keri Cronin,

Discussion, action, and authorization to have the Town Manager transfer American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
Motion by Councilman DePasquale, seconded by Councilman Heckert to authorize the Town Manager to transfer American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
Motion by Councilman DePasquale, seconded by Councilman Heckert to adjourn.
The motion passed unanimously.
