SPECIAL WARREN TOWN COUNCIL MEETING
The Town Council of the Town of Warren, State of Rhode Island in Bristol County met in person, and live-streamed Wednesday the 28th day of August 2024, the meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM.
Present: Council President John W. Hanley, Vice-President Steven P. Calenda and Councilman P. Brandt Heckert.
Absent: Councilman Joseph A. DePasquale, Councilmember Keri M. Cronin

Motion by Vice President Calenda seconded by Councilman Heckert to approve One-Day Entertainment License for Rachel Koger 91 Main Street Warren, RI 02885 on August 31, 2024, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm extend to 10:30pm at 6 Rockland Road, Warren, RI for the Mitchell Wedding with a 10 Piece Band-Kahootz. The motion passed unanimously.
1. Discussion, action for the Council to approve and authorize the Town Council President to sign the agreement with CivicPlus LLC/Municode LLC f/k/a Municipal Corporation for the annual subscription.
Motion by Vice President Calenda seconded by Councilman Heckert to approve and authorize the Town Council President to sign the agreement with CivicPlus LLC/Municode LLC f/k/a Municipal Corporation for the annual subscription. The motion passed unanimously.
