SPECIAL WARREN TOWN COUNCIL MEETING

The Town Council of the Town of Warren, State of Rhode Island in Bristol County met in person, and live-streamed Tuesday the 9^th day of January 2024, the meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.

Present: Council President John W. Hanley, Vice President Steven P. Calenda, Councilman Joseph A. DePasquale, Councilmember Keri M. Cronin, and Councilman P. Brandt Heckert.

Motion by Vice President Calenda, seconded by Councilman DePasquale for Executive Session

(closed session) Pursuant to 42-46-5 Sub Section (a) (1) Personnel. (Town Manager applications)

Roll call: Councilmember Cronin, Councilman Heckert, Councilman DePasquale, Vice President Calenda, President Hanley, all affirmative.

Motion by Vice President Calenda, seconded by Councilman DePasquale to resume into open session.  The motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Councilman DePasquale, seconded by Vice President Calenda to seal the minutes. The motion passed unanimously

Motion by Councilman DePasquale, seconded by Vice President Calenda to direct Interim Town Manager Borges and Town Solicitor DeSisto to proceed as discussed in executive session,
