SPECIAL WARREN TOWN COUNCIL MEETING
The Town Council of the Town of Warren, State of Rhode Island in Bristol County met in person, and live-streamed Wednesday the 26th day of June 2024, the meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.
Present: Council President John W. Hanley, Councilman DePasquale, Councilmember Keri M. Cronin, and Councilman P. Brandt Heckert.

Motion by Councilman DePasquale, seconded by Councilmember Cronin for any and every roll over item on the books to be zeroed out. The motion passed unanimously.
1. Discussion and action regarding the outdoor movie system.
Recreation Director Tara Thibaudeau stated that this is for all the equipment. The screen, projector, sound system and air blower, paid from the RI Commerce grant and the summer movie & concerts account.
Motion by Councilman DePasquale, seconded by Councilmember Cronin to approve outdoor movie system ($6000.00 from the RI Commerce Grant and $4,299.559 from the summer movie & concerts account). The motion passed unanimously.
