Meeting Minutes
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lambert at 3:40 p.m.
Members Present: Chairman Ray Lambert, Vice Chair Nancy LeBlanc, Member Burt Mollohan, Alternate Members Nancy Parente and JP Millette
Members Absent: None
Chairman Lambert asked that the name ‘Colleen’ referred to under ‘Discussion Action’ be amended to ‘Colleen Flynn’ for clarification purposes.
Member Burt Mollohan made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 21, 2020 meeting, as amended, seconded by Vice Chair Nancy LeBlanc. The vote was unanimous.
Clerk Nardolillo explained to the Board that the excel spread sheet that was handed out shows the breakdown of the candidates. There were resolutions made for each the Democratic Primary and Republican Primary.
Member Burt Mollohan made a motion to certify the nomination papers for the Democratic Party Primary. Seconded by Vice Chair Nancy LeBlanc. The vote was unanimous.
Member Burt Mollohan made a motion to certify the nomination papers for the Republican Party Primary, seconded by Vice Chair Nancy LeBlanc. The vote was unanimous.
Clerk Kelly informed the Board that the move is going forward, there has been talk between Greg McBurney at the Secretary of State and an employee from RCC, which is within our IT Department. Clerk Kelly also explained that all parties involved are working together to get all aspects of this move in place as quickly as possible.
Vice Chair Nancy LeBlanc asked that an update be added to the next agenda.
Vice Chair Nancy LeBlanc wanted to share her concerns about Clerk Nardolillo being involved in multiple tasks. Clerk Kelly explained that the office rotates responsibilities.
Member Burt Mollohan asked when the PPP would be taking place. Member Mollohan also had another concern about why the move from MSGR DeAngelis to Sacred Heart Church. Clerk Kelly spoke about the safety issue, needing police detail and, also, about the ongoing parking issue.
Clerk Kelly spoke to the Board about advertising the new polling location. Clerk Nardolillo informed the Board that all ads needed for the upcoming deadlines are prepped and ready. Voter registration and the deadline to disaffiliate is Sunday, March 29th-the Town Hall will be open from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon.

Member Burt Mollohan made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Vice Chair LeBlanc. The vote was unanimous.
The meeting adjourned at 4:07 p.m.
