MEETING MINUTES

 

1.     Meeting called to order by Chairman Lambert at 3 p.m.

2.     Roll Call taken by Chairman Lambert-all present

3.     Board of Canvassers: Primary Day Setup-the following polling places will be checked before 7 a.m.:

·       Cardi’s Furniture and Greenbush School: Burt Mollohan

·       St. Mary’s Church and Maisie Quinn School: Nancy LeBlanc

·       Holy Ghost and Wakefield Hills School: JP Millette

·       Sacred Heart: Nancy Parente

·       Christ the King: Ray Lambert

 

4.     Poll workers update: Clerk Kelly emailed an updated copy of the poll workers list to the Board members.

5.     Emergency Ballot period update: to date there have been 97 Emergency Ballot voters. The Emergency Ballot period extends to

a.     The public is invited to share comments with the Board of Canvassers. The Board of Canvassers has no obligation to respond.
