MEETING MINUTES

 

 

1.  Meeting called to order

 

 

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lambert at 3:02 P.M.

 

 

2.  Roll Call

 

 

Present:  Chairman R. Lambert, Vice Chairwoman N. Leblanc, J.P. Millette, alternate P. Richards, and alternate N. Parente

 

 

3.  Approval of the minutes from the May 20, 2022 BOC Meeting

 

 

MOTION made by N. Leblanc, second by J.P. Millette for approval of the May 20, 2022 meeting minutes.               All Ayes

 

 

4.  Approval of Polling Locations for the September 13, 2022 Statewide Primary

 

 

Due to having no local primary, the Board votes to combine polling locations for the

September 13, 2022 Statewide Primary.

 

 

MOTION made by N. Leblanc, second by J.P. Millette to use Wakefield Hills School as the polling location for Ward One.                     All Ayes

 

 

MOTION made by J. P. Millette, second by N. Leblanc to use the Holy Ghost as the polling location for Ward Two.                All Ayes

 

 

MOTION made by N. Leblanc, second by J.P. Millette to use Christ the King Church as the polling location for Ward Three.             All Ayes

 

 

MOTION made by N. Leblanc, second by J.P. Millette to use Maise Quinn School as the polling location for Ward Four.                    All Ayes

 

MOTION made by N. Leblanc, second by J.P. Millette to use Greenbush Elementary School as the polling location for Ward Five.              All Ayes

 

 

5.  Discussion/Action – Consideration of Poll Workers for the September 13, 2022 Statewide Primary

 

 

No action was taken on this item.

 

 

6.  Public Comment

 

 

There was no public comment.

 

 

Next meeting will be held on July 20, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. for the certification of Nomination papers and any other business that may come before the Board.
