1.     Meeting called to order at 3:03 by Vice-Chair Leblanc.

 

2.     Roll Call

Present: Voting members Vice-Chair N. Leblanc, J.P. Millette, and Democratic Alternate N. Parente.

            Also Present as non-voting member:  P. Richards – Republican Alternate

 

3.     Approval of the minutes from the November 10, 2022 BOC Meeting

 

MOTION made by J.P. Millette, seconded by N. Parente for approval of the November 10, 2022 BOC Meeting Minutes.                      All Ayes

 

4.     Certification of the November 8, 2022 General Election

 

MOTION made by J.P. Millette, seconded by N. Parente for certification of the November 8, 2022 General Election.                     All Ayes

 

5.     Public Comment

 

There were no members of the public present.
