1.     Meeting called to order at 3:04 P.M. by Vice Chair LeBlanc.

3.     Approval of the minutes from the September 14, 2022 BOC Meeting

 

MOTION made by J. P. Millette, second by N. Parente for approval of the September 14, 2022 minutes.                  All Ayes

 

4.     Certification of the Final Canvas for the November 8, 2022 General Election

 

MOTION made by J.P. Millette, seconded by N. Parente for certification of the Final Canvas for the November 8, 2022 General Election.                  All Ayes

 

5.     Certification of the Warrant for the November 8, 2022 General Election

 

MOTION made by J.P. Millette, seconded by N. Parente for approval of the Warrant for the November 8, 2022 General Election.                                All Ayes

 

 

 

6.     Certification of Polling Locations for the November 8, 2022 General Election

 

MOTION made by J.P. Millette, seconded by N. Parente for certification of the Polling Locations for the November 8, 2022 General Election as follows:

3802 – West Warwick Manor

3803 – Maisie Quinn School

3804 – Wakefield Hills School

3805 - Holy Ghost Society

7.     Certification of Poll Workers for the November 8, 2022 General Election

8.     Public Comment

 

T. Oates of 6 Colonial Way shares concerns with some of the voters listed on the Ward Three voter roll.  The Clerk will review his list for any inaccuracies in the rolls.
