1.   Meeting called to order at 2: 14 pm

 

2.    Roll Call

 

Members present:  Chairman J.P. Millette, Vice Chair Nancy LeBlanc, Colleen Flynn, Alternate Member Paul Richards; (non-voting)

 

3.   Approval of the January 25, 2023 BOC Minutes

Moved by Vice Chair N. Leblanc  seconded  by C. Flynn, All Ayes

 

4.    Certification of the Final Canvass List

Moved by C. Flynn seconded by Vice Chair N. LeBlanc

Moved by Vice Chair N. LeBlanc  seconded  by J.P. Millette, All Ayes

 

5.    Certification of Warrant for All Day Referendum

Moved by C. Flynn seconded  by N. LeBlanc Vice Chair, with amendments regarding verbiage, location Thomas Land Fieldhouse, date and hours. All Ayes

 

6.    Poll Workers

Moved  by N. Leblanc seconded  by C. Flynn to approve. All Ayes

The Board granted permission to substitute poll workers of the appropriate affiliation as needed.

 

 

7.    Approval of Polling Place for All Day Referendum
