MEETING MINUTES

 

1.     Meeting called to order at 2:00 P.M. by Chairman Millette.

 

2.     Roll Call

Present: Chairman J.P. Millette, Vice-Chair N. Leblanc, and C. Flynn

Also present: Alternate P. Richards and Alternate O. Fitts

 

3.     Approval of the March 6, 2024 Meeting Minutes

 

MOTION made by N. Leblanc, seconded by C. Flynn for approval of the minutes from the March 6, 2024 BOC Minutes.     All Ayes

 

4.     Certification of Provisional Ballots from the April 2, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary

 

There were only two provisional ballots cast in the election.  One was accepted and one was rejected based on the fact that the voter did not meet the voter registration deadline. 

 

MOTION made by N. Leblanc, seconded by C. Flynn for approval of the Certification of Provisional Ballots from the April 2, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary.     All Ayes

 

5.     Certification of Write-Ins from the April 2, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary

 

Motion made by C. Flynn seconded by N. Leblanc for approval of the Certification of Write-Ins from the April 2, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary.    All Ayes

 

6.     Certification of the Tabulation of Votes from the April 2, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary

 

Motion made by N. Leblanc, seconded by C. Flynn for approval of the Certification of the Tabulation of Votes from the April 2, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary

 

7.     Public Comment

 

           There was no public comment

 

            The Board scheduled their next meeting for April 24, 2024 at 11:00 A.M.

 

 

8.     Adjournment

 

Motion made by C. Flynn, seconded by N. Leblanc 2:09 P.M.
