1.     Meeting called to order at 11:00 A. M. by Chairman Millette

 

2.     Roll Call

 

Present:  Chairman J.P. Millette, Vice-Chair N. Leblanc

Also present: Alternate P. Richards and Alternate O. Fitts taking place as  

voting member in C. Flynn’s absence.

 

3.     Approval of the April 3, 2024 BOC Meeting

 

Motion made by N. Leblanc, seconded by O. Fitts for approval of the minutes from the April 3, 2024 BOC meeting.     All Ayes

 

4.     Certification of the Final Canvass List for the May 23, 2024 All Day Referendum

 

Motion made by N. Leblanc, seconded by O. Fitts for approval of the Certification of the Final Canvass List for the May 23, 2024 All Day Referendum.     All Ayes

 

5.     Certification of Warrant for the May 23, 2024 All Day Referendum

 

           Motion made by O. Fitts seconded by N. Leblanc for approval of the

           Certification of Warrant for the May 23, 2024 All Day Referendum    All Ayes

 

6.     Approval of the Poll Workers for the May 23, 2024 All Day Referendum

 

Motion made by N. Leblanc, seconded by O. Fitts for approval of the Poll workers for the May 23, 2024 All Day Referendum

 

7.     Approval of Polling Place for All Day Referendum Voting

 

Motion made by N. Leblanc, seconded by O. Fitts for approval of Polling Place for May 23, 2024 All Day Referendum.      All Ayes
