1.      Meeting called to order at 11:04 A.M. by Chairman Millette

 

2.      Roll Call

 

Present:  Chairman J.P. Millette, Vice- Chair N. LeBlanc, and C. Flynn

Absent: Alternate O. Fitts also absent Alternate T. Oates

 

3.      Approval of the minutes from the August 14, 2025 BOC Meeting

 

MOTION made by C. Flynn, seconded by N. Leblanc for approval of the minutes.

4.      Certification of the Final Canvass for the October 8, 2025 School Bond Referendum

 

Total Voters: 22,521

            Active Voters: 20,809

            Democrat: 6,462

            Republican: 3,897

            Unaffiliated: 12,162

            Inactive: 1,122

            Pending: 114

            Active with NCOA: 476

 

           MOTION made by C. Flynn, seconded by N. Leblanc for approval of the    

           Certification of the Final Canvass for the October 8, 2025

           School Bond Referendum

5.      Certification of the Warrant for the October 8, 2025 School Bond Referendum

 

MOTION made by N. Leblanc, seconded by C. Flynn for approval of the Certification of the Warrant for the October 8, 2025 School Bond Referendum

with the amendment of Early Voting on Election Day October 8, 2025 until 4:00 P.M.

                                    ALL AYES

 

6.      Certification of Poll Workers for the October 8, 2025 School Bond Referendum

 

MOTION made by C. Flynn, seconded by N. Leblanc for approval for certification of Poll Workers for the October 8, 2025 School Bond Referendum to include two Moderators, one being the members of the Board should they be needed, and four sets of Supervisors.
