The proposed 61 from 62-unit residential condominium project on 17.79 acres of land in the Residential (R-10) Zoning District is a landlocked property that is located off Crompton Road in East Greenwich. This project will require vehicular ingress and egress and tie in for potable water and gas from Crompton Road. This application is for an EXTENSION ONLY of the Master Plan approved January 5, 2004, with 6-month extension granted October 5, 2005, and Preliminary Plan approval granted December 5, 2005. This application does not have final approval. The granting of Final Plan approval shall be a separate application.
Recommendation to Town Council regarding:
1. Ordinance 2024-12. An ordinance rezoning TAP 6, Lots 97 and 99 from Village Commercial (VC) to Business (B) and deleting and repealing the VC zoning district from the Zoning Code, amending Section 5.3 Table of Uses and 5.10 Signs Section 2 Definitions of the West Warwick Zoning Code of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of West Warwick.
2. Ordinance 2024-13. An ordinance amending Section 2. General purposes, 3. Definitions, 4. Division into Districts, 5. Use Regulations, 18. Power of the Town Council to establish Zoning Board of Review and adopt Zoning Ordinance of the West Warwick Zoning Code of the Code of Ordinances of the Twon of West Warwick.
