MEETING MINUTES
1. Meeting called to order 
The meeting was called to order by Town Council President Gosselin at 6:11 p.m.
2. Roll Call:

Councilman Messier
Councilwoman Williamson

Council President Gosselin
Members Absent: None
3. Quorum on Record Declared by Town Clerk
The Town Council Clerk declared a quorum for the record.
4. Others Present:
Town Manager Ernest Zmyslinski, Town Solicitor Tim Williamson
5. Authorization for the purchase of a new microwave link between the Factory Street Tower
to the Police Fire dispatch centers from Tactical Communications Inc of 29 Soundview Road, Guilford, CT 06437 for a sum not to exceed $32,223.30.
Council Vice President D’Amico made a motion to move the item, seconded by Councilman Licciardi.

The vote was unanimous.
