MEETING MINUTES
1. Meeting called to order
The meeting was called to order by Town Council President Gosselin at 6:12 p.m.
2. Roll Call:
Members Present:
Councilman Licciardi
Councilman Messier
Councilwoman Williamson
Council President Gosselin
Members Absent: Council Vice President D’Amico
3. Quorum on Record Declared by Town Clerk
The Town Council Clerk declared a quorum for the record.
4. Others Present: Town Manager Ernest Zmyslinski, Town Solicitor Tim Williamson
Members Absent: None
5. Consent Agenda-License Application
Amplifier/Loud Speaker:
Portuguese American Sport Club
Location: 12 Bridge Street
Dates: 9/4/2020, 9/5/2020, 9/6/2020, 9/7/2020
Hours: All dates: Noon-10:30 p.m.
Councilman Messier moved the item, seconded by Councilwoman Williamson.
Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to approve the item pending all approvals from Chief Varone, seconded by Councilman Messier. The motion passed.
8. Adjournment
Councilman Messier made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilwoman Williamson. The motion passed.
The meeting adjourned at 6:18 p.m.
