MEETING MINUTES

 

Meeting called to order

 

The meeting was called to order by Town Council President Gosselin at 6:11 p.m.

 

Roll Call:

 

Members Present:

Councilman Licciardi     

Councilman Messier

Councilwoman Williamson

Council Vice President D'Amico

Council President Gosselin

 

Members Absent: None

 

Quorum on Record:

 

A quorum was declared for the record.

 

Others Present: Town Solicitor Williamson

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

Councilman Licciardi made a motion, under Section 42-46-4 and 42-46-5(a)(1) of Rhode Island General Laws, that the Town Council convene into Executive Session to discuss the interim Town Manager’s position and possible candidates, seconded by Council Vice President D’Amico.

Council Vice President D'Amico

Council President Gosselin

 

 

Members Absent: None

 

The voter was unanimous.

 

The Town Council convened into Executive Session to discuss the interim Town Manager’s position and possible candidates.

 

OPEN SESSION

 

The meeting was called back to order at 8:36 p.m.

Council Vice President D'Amico

Council President Gosselin

 

Members Absent: None

A quorum was declared for the record.

 

Others Present: Town Solicitor Williamson

 

Councilman Licciardi made a motion, under Section 42-46-4 and 42-46-5(a)(1) of Rhode Island General Laws, that the Town Council close the Executive Session held tonight, October 14, 2020 that discussed the interim Town Manager’s position and possible candidates, seconded by Council Vice President D’Amico.

Adjournment

 

Councilman Messier made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Vice President D’Amico. The vote was unanimous.
