Meeting called to order

 

The meeting was called to order by Town Council President Gosselin at 6:07 p.m.

 

Roll Call:

Councilman Licciardi     

Councilman Messier

Councilwoman Williamson

Council Vice President D'Amico

Council President Gosselin

 

Members Absent: None

 

Quorum on Record:

 

A quorum was declared for the record.

 

Others Present: Town Solicitor Williamson

 

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

Councilman Licciardi made a motion, seconded by Council Vice President under Section 42-46-4 and 42-46-5(a)(1) of Rhode Island General Laws, that the Town Council convene into Executive Session to discuss:

 

·       Litigation update: Calci vs West Warwick/COLA

 

·       Interim Town Manager: discussion/appointment

The voter was unanimous.

 

The Town Council convened into Executive Session to discuss:

The meeting was called back to order at 6:54 p.m.

Adjournment

 

Councilman Messier made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Vice President D’Amico. The vote was unanimous.

 

The meeting adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
