The meeting was called to order by Town Council President Gosselin at 6:07 p.m.

The Town Council Clerk declared a quorum for the record.
Others Present: Town Solicitor Williamson, Acting Town Manager Varone

1. Resolution appointing Sherri-Ann Fournier to the position of Interim Personnel Director
Council Vice President D’Amico moved the item, seconded by Councilman Messier.

The vote was unanimous.

Councilman Messier made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilwoman Williamson. The vote was unanimous.
