The Town Council Clerk declared a quorum for the record.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

1.   Under Section 42-46-4 and 42-46-5(a)(1) of Rhode Island General Laws, Councilman Licciardi made a motion to move into Executive Session/closed meeting,

seconded by Council Vice President, to discuss job performance of the Department of Public Works Director. The vote was unanimous.

Council President Gosselin declared a quorum.

Councilman Licciardi made a motion to close the September 9, 2020 Executive Session, seconded by Council Vice President D’Amico. The vote was unanimous.

2.   Discussion and direction regarding the Human Resources Director and Town Manager positions.

Town Manager Zmyslinski gave an overview and recommendations on the upcoming Town Manager and Human Resources Director position openings.

3.   Adjournment
