Attorney Thomas Cronin was in attendance on behalf of Arpin Associates LLC.  He explained this is a request for a public hearing for a street abandonment.  They are requesting the abandonment of a portion of Crudale Drive which is located in the West Warwick Business Park directly behind Arpin Associates.  It is part of a subdivision plan that is pending before the Planning Board.  They recently received master plan approval.  The plan includes separating the warehouse from the office spaces.  This portion of the road is undeveloped.  It is a paper street.  It is about a half of acre of land, and 372 feet long.
